Fill 120 PRO filling unit
Fill 120 PRO is a user-friendly and compact filling unit suitable for glycol and ethanol solutions used in heat pump systems. The device contains a 120-liter tank and all the components needed by the fluid circuit. The factory-made Fill 120 PRO is delivered as a complete product, so it is easy to install and use.

- Frame with adjustable feet
- Centrifugal pump, equipped with an operating switch and a separately supplied socket. Lifting height 50 meters (500 kPa)
- Dirt separator with drain valve
- Three shut-off valves
- Three drain/flush/vent valves
- Safety valve with 6 kPa shut-off function
- Pressure gauge, equipped with shut-off valve
- Pressure transmitter
- Two temperature transmitters
- Expansion branch for external expansion, equipped with shut-off valve
- Piping connections include a counter flange and a weldable AISI 316L pressed collar
- The Fill 120 PRO filling unit can be equipped with a FlowEx balancing vessel. Fill 120 PRO equipped with FlowEx includes, in addition to the above
- FlowEx balancing vessel, equipped with venting and draining valves
- FlowEx frame (sizes DN 65-DN 125), with adjustable feet
With Fill 120 PRO, the fluid circuit can be filled and vented quickly and efficiently. Commissioning after installation is effortless: the user only needs to fill the tank, pump and pipeline with suitable liquid from the filling opening.
